Hello,

Unfortunately we do not have any simulation tools for this device.

We do have a video on how to build the analog input, sample and hold function of a SAR ADC as part of our online video, TI Precision Labs

In video 7.3 Building the SAR model will show you the steps on how to do this

This shows how to model the analog side of the device, the digital communications cannot be modeled.
