The Mechanical Data page in the ADS1293 data sheet does not show the dimensions of the thermal pad. Can TI please provide those dimensions?

The current online version of the data sheet has a new Mechanical Data page which is unfortunately missing this information. Please refer to the data sheet attached to this post with the correct Mechanical Data page.

The dimensions of the ADS1293 thermal pad are 3.6 mm x 3.6 mm (+/-) 0.15 mm.
