PGA5807A: SIngle ended Input/output connection?

Part Number: PGA5807A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE5818

I am planning to use the PGA5807A as the first stage amplifier for some scientific testing.

The signal will be in ~500uV, 50MHz range, and is 50ohm single end terminated.

Also, I need to pass the output to the next stage of signal processing, which will be single-ended, 50ohm termination or no termination on the same PCB

(Both Input and Output can be AC coupled if necessary in the circuit design)

I would like to ask if any recommended circuit for such cases? (I see some possible problem on post https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers/f/14/p/648539/2383113?tisearch=e2e-sitesearch&keymatch=PGA5807A#2383113)
For other ic in AFE family (e.g. AFE5818), I see that they can directly pass the Complimentary analog inputs to ground through a capacitor. is this also possible for PGA5807A?
(As shown in attached figure)

And for output can I make a similar connection for single-ended circuit??

Thank you

Best regards,
Albert
