TSC2007: About Flow & Reflow soldering of TSC2007IPW(TSSOP PKG)

Do you mean wave soldering versus reflow soldering?  I am not aware of any restrictions on the TSC2007 TSSOP package for either soldering method.  Can you point us to the material you found describing 'flow versus reflow' for this device/package?

I understand that TSSOP PKG usually supports reflow.

So, I guess that you can recommend the reflow soldering for TSC2007IPW(TSSOP PKG).

And, I understand that a rare case that device supports flow.

So, I guess that you can’t recommend the flow soldering for TSC2007IPW(TSSOP PKG).

What is meant by flow soldering in this case?  Do you mean wave soldering?  Reflow is fine, no issues.

Yes, "flow soldering" is "wave soldering".
