Enrique,

If by 'precision', you mean the resolution or step-size of the PLL, then the precision would depend on the PFD frequency since the DAC5681Z PLL is an integer PLL. The PFD frequency is dependent on the reference frequency provided and the programmed reference divider.

Fout = N*PFD

PFD = Fref/R

In fact could you confirm that internal integer PLL can reach precision of 100Hz-200HZ. If not we will use an external PLL for the sample rate of DAC, and I would like to know if the DAC can accept this precision.

Yes you can achieve precision of 200Hz.
