The tool is a capture card, like the TSW1400 (for LVDS/CMOS interface) or TSW14J56 (JESD204B interface). --RJH

I already used TSW14J56EVM，connected to the ADC32RF80EVM，and when I set some parameter in HSDC pro, the mention comes out, what does it mean?

That pop-up window does not mean anything "bad". It is just informative. It tells you the serdes speed based on your data rate and clock rate inputs. You can double-check that it is within expectation.
