The differential input full scale voltage is 2Vpp. The SNR performance hovers around 72-73 dBFS at frequencies of 100 MHz and below. --RJH

There is no minimum, per se. You can inject no signal if desired. I think that you are trying to figure out the minimum signal that is detectable. The NSD (noise spectral density) parameter is the thermal noise floor of the device. The ADC34xx NSD is about -143 dBFS/Hz. You will not be able to detect a signal below this level without digital processing gain.
