Adc saturation problem.

when i am using the stable power supply i m getting the correct output from adc on spi bus.But whenever  i am using the power supply having slow settling time or i can say unstable power supply....then i am getting the saturated or stucked output from adc...i have used power down pin of adc which i have reset and set ..and also varied the timing between set and reset but no success..still getting stucked output from adc

    I need more information regarding your query:

    1. How worse (ripple voltage, frequency) the power supply is?
    2. What's your analog input voltage (precision DC is expected for check)?
    3. The raw data/code captured from the ADC.
    4. Your schematic will be very helpful.
