Thank you for using TI's E2E, however, the MAX1111 is a MAXIM device, and we are not able to assist with this request. Please contact MAXIM.

If you are still in the design phase for your product, please consider using the similar ADS7949 http://www.ti.com/product/ADS7949 as a replacement.
