Hi Leon,
could you please explain what you mean by 'multi-element IC'? Do you mean a multi-chip module (MCM) where multiple silicon dies are integrated in one package?
BTW: For new designs we recommend to use the ADS1015BQDGSRQ1.

Multi element integrated circuit means MCOs. He want to confirm the ADS1015AQDGSRQ1 whether it is MCOs.
It involves the Customs Application .

I have never heard of the term MCO before. Let me see if some of my colleagues know what this is.
But we have in general no issues selling this device to China if that is the concern.

I checked with our experts and they confirmed that ADS1015-Q1 is NOT considered an MCO semiconductor.
