Hi All,
I have analog voltages ranging between +-5 volt wrt ground(single ended signal).
But the ADS8688A analog inputs seems to be a differential signal ports. Could you please confirm.

ADS8688A will work well with your input signal.
ADS8688A features a pseudo-differential type input structure which means that the AIN_xP is driven by a single-ended signal and AIN_xN is connected to a signal that must be within +/-100mV of the AGND voltage applied to the ADS8688.
