TSW1400EVM: AWR1642BOOST

Part Number: TSW1400EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AWR1642

Hello,

Isnt n_tx mentioned in the previous thread the number of antennas?

I am trying to reimplement the following paper ;

in the paper they use a

MIMO signal post-processing in MATLAB and beamforming. I was wondering if there is an example code that i can use?

Is Cascade_Configuration_MIMO a different thing?

If i should write the code myself i'd really appreciate some guidline on how to do so.

Kind regards,

NIlo

  • Yes,

    It is the number of Tx Antenna.

    In case you are not familiar with the format of data captured with AWR1642+ TSW setup please see the AppNote referenced in Q6 of the Data Capture FAQ

    Regarding MIMO matlab code, you can use the cascade MIMO matlab code as reference. This code however was designed for the cascade kit which uses more Rx/Tx. Howeve the concepts are the same

    thank you
