Our customer wants to use the AFE4300 and they have question on the battery monitoring of this device.
It seems that the datasheet has little information about this function. Thus, they want to know if it can really measure the battery level and how to achieve it.
As they've said, in order to measure battery it should have access to its voltage, but by the general design it does not, because it is connected through LDO which rectifies the signal. And LDO will keep it stable until it drops to certain level and can not be fed to the AFE. So they want to know how to track the battery percentage using the AFE.
I hope you could help us with this matter. Also, it would be also great if you could help us provide a diagram and config for this.
