Hi Team,

One of my customers bought 3 bathes of ADS8668.
In terms of the device marking, besides the "ADS8668" there are some different characters on top of the device.
Could you tell us the meaning of them:

73TG4 CK4P
88TG4 AJXY
66TG4 AONJ
