AFE4300: About AFE4300EVM-PDK hardware settings and software usage

Part Number: AFE4300 
Hello? I want to measure resistance using the AFE4300EVM-PDK. 
I read the manual, but I don't know how to set up the hardware. 
The connection between the board and PC seems to be good. 
But when I press the capture button, it says NaN and the resistance is not read. 
I'll attach a picture.

    Welcome to TI e2e forum!

    Regarding your setup, can you please probe the RDY interrupt signal and check if you are able to see the RDY pulses at the data rate you have set?

    If you are not getting RDY signal, can you check the SPI interface and ensure that you are able to program the AFE?

    To begin with, you may monitor the VLDO voltage by programming 0x06 to reg addr. 0x09 once the default registers have been programmed as recommended in the datasheet.
