My customer want to ask how to determine dimension A? Dimension A is the lead height dimension. he need it for analysis purpose.

datasheet for mpn DAC108S085CISQ/NOPB, package outline RGH at page 32, state dim A have 2 option(0.1 & 0.2).

Dimension (A) is the height of the sidewall.

(When the package was put leads facing down and mold compound facing up)

This package has two lead frame options.

Half etch will result in 0.1mm sidewall height.

The normal Leadframe will result in a 0.2mm sidewall height.

The DAC108S085 will use the full-size leadframe, so dimension A will be 0.2mm.
