ADC12DL3200: (Fs/4 +/- Fin) spur issue

Part Number: ADC12DL3200

Hi,

I am testing ADC performance on my board, the ADC12DL3200 is working at 6Gsps mode(3GHz clock, LDEMUX = 1, DES_EN = 1, LALIGNED = 0), i export the data from vivado and do FFT analysis on Matlab, now i could get the correct input single tone frequency but with very high Fs/4 +/- Fin spur. as below picture, the real ADC input signal is 800M, but from FFT result, the 700M & 2.3G is even much higher amplitude than 800M! the spur always keep at (Fs/4 +/- Fin) when i changed the input frequency.

here i want to know what are the possible reasons to incur this issue?

Thanks
