Hi team,

My customer want to ask about the Power supply sequence for ADS54J64.

The correct sequence is that  1.15-V supply must be supplied to AVDD and DVDD first.

Then 1.9-V supply is supplied to AVDD19.
If the AVDD and DVDD don't reach 1.15V, we start to provide a 1.9-V power supply to AVDD19. What will happen?

    Hi Yanni,

    If you provide the 1.9V to AVDD19 before AVDD and DVDD get to 1.15V there should not be any catastrophic error, but there are possible errors that can occur such as causing protection diodes to be reverse biased.

    So we recommend as a good design practice to have AVDD and DVDD power up before AVDD19.
