ADC12DL3200: SPURs issue

Hi sir

i am design with ADC12DL3200 at 6GSPS mode, now i can get right FFT single tone(input is 850M for the screen capture), but with many spurs as below picture.

may i get your suggestion on this issue?

Hi,

Can you verify if the ADC and FPGA are using the same data format? If the ADC is sending it in one format and the FPGA is expecting a different format this could be the issue.
