How can I interface this high speed adc to XIlinx FPGA?
You can use the TI capture card solution, TSW14DL3200: https://www.ti.com/tool/TSW14DL3200EVM. Otherwise, you can use your own FPGA development kit. The connector is a standard FMC+ connector that will interface to standard Xilinx FPGA development kits.

Dear sir,
Thank for your suggestion. Since the data rate of ADC12DL3200 is 38.4 Gbps for each channel, but the Xilinx FPGA could not handle this data rate to do DDC. Do you have recommendation for Xilinx FPGA part number? Thank in advance.

The ADC12DL3200 supports up to 48 data pairs at 1.6 Gbps. I am not familiar with all the Xilinx FPGA options, but the FPGA used on the TSW14DL3200EVM is known to be sufficient.
