Hi,

I am not able to connect ADC12DJ3200 EVM GUI. I am using GUI from last 6 months and till it was working fine but suddenly not able to connect it and It is giving errors like

Even I have tried by updating FTDI drivers and reinstalling ADC12DJ3200 EVM GUI still I am seeing same issue. Please let me know how to resolve this issue ASAP.

Can you please make sure to reinstall the GUI as an Administrator?

Hi Neeraj,

Thanks for reply. I have tried by reinstalling ADC12DJ3200EVM GUI as an administrator still not able to connect it. Is any other way to make it work?

Hi Deepak,

Launch the GUI and you see following message you sent the screen. Click the continue in simulation.

Use the dropdown on the top left of the screen and select the ADC12DJ3200 as shown with red rectangle.

Click the Reconnect button shown with blue rectangle.

Please let me know if the gui is connecting.

I have tried as suggested above still not able not connect GUI. Any other ways to make it work, please let me know.
