hi,

i am working lm98620 in my recent project & found it get heating once board power is ON,

so kindly the heating issue is occurs normally or any modification in circuit.

I am following same circuit available in datasheet..

VDDA=VDDD=VDDLVDS=3.3V

Hi,

In active mode die temp will increase by ~33C due >1W power consumption.

The issue may be a non optimum thermally PCB layout if you get higher temp.

Also check total power, if power dissipation is significantly greater than 1W review the schematic
