I am looking for the raw spectral data of the quantum efficiency (QE) for the TC285 image sensor. The specification sheet (http://www.phxatl.com/documents/TC285SPD-B0_DS.pdf) shows a plot (figure 9) of the responsivity as a function of wavelength with QE lines drawn on top. Is the raw data for this plot available? I would like to do some calculations to evaluate our imaging system and this information would be very helpful.
