What are ADS124S08 REFP0 and REFN0 input currents? Are they similar to REFP1 and REFN1 input currents (ie < 6uA max)?
Why is REFN0 absolute maximum current listed as +/- 100 mA?

Hi Mark,
The REFN0 has an absolute maximum current through the pin based on the capability of using that pin as an excitation break through the low-side switch. Take a look at the functional block diagram and note how the connection is made to the AVSS-SW switch.
The reference input currents for REF0 and REF1 would be similar assuming that the reference current does not include the current from any excitation through the REFN0 pin. Note that the absolute input current specification is with respect to a 2.5V reference and whether or not the reference buffers are enabled. The actual current may differ if a larger reference voltage is applied.
