In the data sheet P.19-P.20,
After startup, there is INVALID DATA, so
I understand that one dummy read (SPI Read) is required, is that correct?
Also, when performing dummy read, is there anything necessary such as sequence or wait?

Hello Ishii-san,

Yes, your understanding is correct because the first data is invalid. However, notice that this dummy read only requires when the ADC is entering Normal mode from shutdown mode. No special sequence is needed, just follow the timing in Figure 29 and 30.
