ADS7038: Digital Comparator Response Time

Part Number: ADS7038

Folks,

Assuming I'm using the ADS7038 as a 7 input digital comparator with the remaining I/O configured as a GPIO.   When operating in autonomous mode, at maximum sampling frequency (1Msps); what's the worst case response time for a voltage that deviates outside the preprogrammed voltage thresholds?

I suspect that it would be 7x (acquisitions at 400ns and conversions at 600ns) = 7us + the maximum alert high time (150ns) = 7.15us.

Please confirm.
