ADS8689: Internal reference accuracy of ADS8689

Hi,

I want to compare the TUE of ADS8689 and AD4111. And i think TUE at 25 C should be the RMS of Offset Error, Gain Error, INL and internal reference accuracy.(if internal reference is used). However, in the datasheet of ADS8689, there is no internal reference accuracy data provided. Could you please help me with the question?

    Hi Wendy,

    You can get the accuracy from the parameter table you are showing. For TSSOP package, the accuracy = (4.097-4.096)/4.096 = 0.244%. Also, note that the TUE should be calculated with root-sum-square (RSS) method.
