Hi,
Connect -5V to REF pi o the device driven from a low impedance source.
RFB should connect as follows. ( Basically its a current output DAC and you have to use an op amp to convert this to voltage).
Output voltage will be -Vref * ( Code/256). If you don't have -5V as reference, feed 5V as reference and add one more op amp to the output of the below circuit in inverting configuration.
Note Ra is not required in this design.
