Hi Hattori-san,
SPI operation is not guaranteed when the device is in an over-temperature condition, but it should be able to. The over-temperature alarm will assert when the device temperature is greater than 150°C. It is recommended that the device be configured to take immediate action when this condition is met, such as disabling the DC/DC supplies to reduce power dissipation. The device is also well beyond the specified temperature range at this point.
