BP-DAC11001EVM: Hardware not connected

Hello,

Our customer used BP-DAC11001EVM and MSP-EXP432E401Y for his application, but the GUI appeared the hardware couldn't connect it. 

Connect the USB cable from the lauchpad OTG USB port (U7) to the PC . “Hardware not connected. Failed to connect “ is displayed at the bottom of BP-DAC11001EVM software.  His operation systerm  is Win10 and he has been upgrade the firmware according to the EVM user's guide.

    Hi,

    This GUI has been verified and tested on Win 10 machine. I feel there is some issue with the serial port selection in the GUI

    Can you go to Options → Serial Port, and change the port to the other available port with the (Texas Instruments) or ACCtrl tag. One of the two ports with these tags will connect to the hardware.

    Can you post the screenshot of serial port selection in GUI?
