ADS1235: DATA VALUE CHANGE OVER A TIME....

Greetings Everybody,

I have ADS1235 EVM and i have connected it to controller of my choice STM32F. ADS1235 and uC are working properly as i am able to set ADC register values and read it back for confirmation purpose. I have connected a strain gauge based load cell to ADS1235 on AIN0 as signal + and AIN1 as signal - and connected REP0 to Exc_Out + and REN0 to Exc_Out - just to make it 6 wire configuration and true ratio metric connection (hope i am right here).

My ADC Configurations are -

MODE0_DR_20_SPS, MODE0_SINC4, MODE1_CHOP_OFF , MODE1_CONVRT_CONTINUOUS, MODE1_DELAY_119_uS, REF_RMUXP_REFP0, REF_RMUXN_REFN0, PGA_GAIN_128, INPMUX_MUXN_AIN1  and  INPMUX_MUXP_AIN0

When i apply stable weight to my load cell the adc value changes gradually because i am averaging... My main problem is the data keeps on rising or it keeps on decreasing... I have attached the graph of 1000 records captured from the ADC
