My M0~M2 config:
M0:tie to IOVDD,means in the asynchronous slave mode;
M1:tie to GND,24bits;
M2:tie to GND,disable Hamming code;
THE PROBLEM IS: The DRDY pin outputs pulse of 640Hz after power up without doing anything to the chip, even their is no program in the MCU. It seems like ads131a02 goes to the conversion mode automatic, although I did not send an UNLOCK command, WAKEUP command, enable all the ADC channels operation. I did nothing to the chip, but it did output a 640Hz pulse on the DRDY pin. Why is 640Hz? Because I use the 16.384MHz Crystal oscillator when the CLK_DIV is 0x04 on reset and the ICLK_DIV is 0x04 on reset and the OSR is 0x06 on reset, so it performs a 16.384MHz/8/8/400=640Hz conversion rate. But the point is that I did nothing to the chip, it should not go to the conversion mode automatic.
