I use board with afe4490 (its arduino shild):
I want to make the most accurate calculation for SpO2.
I measured the signals and displayed them on the plotter:
channel 0 (RED)
channel 1 (IR)
channel 2 (inverted and removed DC offset of IR)
I use the calculation for the parameter R:
And I found it in an Arduino library look-up table for R curve sensor:
Here are the results:
My question is this:
Is the look-up table correct for AFE4490?
Is there any other way to improve the calculation results?
