ADS1148: Clarification

Hello Team,

The datasheet indicates of ADS1148 a max data rate of 2Ksps. My customer plan on cycling through the 4 differential inputs.  Am I correct in thinking they can get 500 sps per channel?

    Hi Renan,

    Check out Table 10 in the ADS1148 datasheet that shows first data conversion time. You can see that the first conversion takes 0.514 ms or 0.578 ms at 2 kSPS depending on how you reset the digital filter, so the resulting effective data rate is slightly <500SPS (0.5 ms) per channel, but it is close.
