TX7316: to drive LCD/OLED panel in LCD tester

Part Number: TX7316

Hi team,

I would like to check if TX7316 can be used in LCD tester application. Can TX7316 support below use cases?

1. AC output: +-50V peak-peak square wave, 50% duty, the frequency range is from 10kHz to 1.5MHz, the load is a 1nF to 10nF capacitor;

2. DC output: can it source/sink 200mA DC current? What is max positive/negative DC voltage it can support?

You could also recommend other part number for this application.
