Hello,
what is the sample rate of the DAC80501? I can't find it in datasheet.
Thank you,
Jan

Jan,
There isn't a listed sample rate for the DAC80501 in the datasheet. The sample rate may depend on how you use the DAC. However, you can determine the speed of the device based on several specifications.
First, the typical output settling time is 5us (based on transitions from 1/4 to 3/4 scale and back to ±2 LSB). However, if the transitions aren't as large, you can run the device faster. In the datasheet, the THD and SFDR specifications are listed with a 500kHz update rate.
I believe the DACs was tested with the device running SPI communications for these higher data rates. With the DAC running in I2C communication mode, the updates are significantly slower. The DAC update is limited by the SCL rate of the communication. In the datasheet, the highest fast mode update rate is mentioned to be 11.11kSPS, while the fast mode plus update rate is limited to 27.77kSPS.

Hi Jan,
As Joseph mentioned, the sample rate will depend on how you use the device. If you would like to calculate the sample rate based on your use of the device, this TI Precision Labs lecture goes into detail on how to do that:
