Datasheet shows a typical waveform as

But, isn't it really offset by one frame?

AND, would this not require one additional output?

I'm not sure why the images are not posting correctly. Are you saving the images first before uploading into the post? Either PNG or JPEG should work fine.

Hi Todd,

No, the data sheet is correct. The STATUS word is always the first word output on DOUT in the frame. The contents of STATUS are in response to the COMMAND word in the previous frame.
