In the TI website I find "AMC1305L25_IBIS" inside "slam225a.zip" file

Can you please help by providing exact model for the part number mentioned above?

Hi Abhishekh,

Unfortunately we do not have a CMOS specific version of the IBIS model nor plans to produce one. The LVDS model should operate mostly the same with the exception of the complimentary clock and data pins.
