ADS8588SEVM-PDK: Data not getting captured in Linearity Analysis Tool

Hi, Its Deepika, I have procured 2 numbers of ADS8588S EVM-PDK, With ADS8588S EVM GUI, I face issues with linearity Analysis Tool. Though I feed 5.2V of sine wave of 1Khz to the channel set with 5V Range (i.e saturated input must be fed in), GUI notifies me as "Please saturate the data in order to perform linearity analysis". Please assist me with this issue, and also ensure whether I send correct data as Input!!

Hi Deepika,

Did you apply an unipolar 0-5.2V l or a bipolar -5.2V-+5.2V sinewave signal to the ADS8588S for Linearity test?

Bipolar -5.2V to +5.2V sinewave signal is fed as input.

Hi Deepika,

Can you please check if the input has been saturated in time domain of the GUI? it will be great if you can upload a screenshot. Also, please increase the Vpp by 100mV and check again.

Yes, the input is saturated in time domain, When I increased by 150mV I got the linearity Results. Thanks for your support!!
