Hi,
regarding the internal reference of the ADC I do find some drift figures. However I am primarley interested in the long term drift of the internal reference. Does TI provide any figures regarding this topic? I am working on a project where recalibration is difficult and overall system performance should be close to 0.1% for a 5% input signal with respect to the selected FSR amplitude.
