ADS54J60: Balun matching circuit

Hi Team,

Need your inputs on our customer's query. They intend to use the ADS54J60 to sample a modulated 500MHz signal, with 10MHz BW.  The matching circuit on the datasheet however seems to be limited to 400MHz, based on the ADT1-1WT. Would you be able to help us provide a reference drive circuit that may be able to provide good results for a 500MHz/10MHz BW input signal?

    Jejomar,

    I would suggest using a TC1-1-13MA+ from Mini-Circuits. This part BW is from 4.5MHz to 3GHz. If they can use an amplifier, I would suggest posting this question to the high speed amplifier forum.
