Do you have a cheat sheet to show what the different month and year Code stands for? and Assembly Lot Code?

I have a lot of devices with different Date Code,Lot Codes, and Site Codes. I want to know what it is? Manufacture usually have a spreadsheet showing what is what?

I would like to request that so I can sort them out. As always thanks.

I can tell you the decoding for the year and month.

Year (Y):
0 = 2000, 2010, 2020
1 = 2001, 2011, 2021
2 = 2002, 2012
...
9 = 2009, 2019

Month (M):
1 = January
2 = February
3 = March
...
9 = September
A = October
B = November
C = December

I don't have a cheat sheet for the assembly site code or assembly lot code. We would not share it publicly within this forum anyway.
