ADS1299: DRDY pin constantly pulled high

We are using an ESP32 base to communicate to the ADS1299 and on powerup we are seeing DRDY pin constantly pulled high.

I`ve followed the startup sequence detailed in the data sheet and am still seeing no effect on the DRDY pin.

Send START command also doesn't have any impact on DRDY state.

So The SDATAC command also has no impact.

SPI Library works as expected and SCLK/MOSI pins are working as expected. We are able to read or write other relevant register.

Working frequency are 4MHz.

This behavior is happening on three-four different boards constructed using the diagrams and layouts detailed on the data sheet with dual power supply operation.

Now problem has been resolved using pull up resister on CS and RESET pin.
