DAC80004: SPICE model

Hi!

Can you please give a SPICE model for this part which is not encrypted, plan in doing some sims in Cadence.

    Vinay,

    We don't have any Cadence models for this device. However, we do have a TI-TINA model, which is a SPICE based simulator model for the DAC80004. There is a basic model and another model for a reference design. There is also an IBIS model which is used for simulations for device pin signal integrity, but I don't think that's what you need.
