ADS5404: ADS5404 Analog input circuit issue

Part Number: ADS5404

Please see below document.  I am seeing a very poor response for the analog input circuit chosen for the ADS5404 evaluation board.  Have anyone in TI or otherwise actually simulated this circuit?

    Hi,

    I would be difficult to simulate the converter input vs. impedance and/or BW in order to get an accurate result.

    The input network used, is what was used pretty commonly for converters of this era in order to meet best AC performance metrics, like SNR and SFDR, etc.

    Impedance is a secondary effect because the converter is a voltage sensitive device, not power, and its internal sample and hold network is switching on/off, this makes it time varying and has a dynamic impedance.
