    Hi Ramin,

    The ADS1278-SP is available with the following specs.  There is not a version available version with higher specs and you'd need to look into the ADC128S102QML-SP.

    • TID Characterization = 75 krad(Si), TID RLAT/RHA = 50 krad(Si)

    The datasheet will be updated to show these numbers in the next revision.
