Multi-Channel High Speed DAC

I am working on a problem that needs to control 100+ channels by voltage at 100Mhz. For the short term we are trying to scale to 20 channel control. 

The voltage requires is 1-2V at >= 8bit resolution. The current requirement is <1mA.

Our timeframe for the first stage is pretty short so our thought was to use high speed DACs on evaluation boards during prototyping, and later have custom boards developed. 

The output data cannot be completely random, so some accessible memory is needed. It can be repetitive to an extent, the the exact amount isnt critical.  

Does TI offer any systems that could potentially handle this? Even if its less channels, we can parallel a few to get to 20.
