ADS1235: ADS1235 output value at fixed mV input.

Greetings Everybody,

I want to mathematically calculate what will be the ADC output at fixed mV input. I am using ADS1235 to read load cell and i have used 5VDc excitation and unipolar supply to Vref. Basically i am using ADS1235 EVM. I have also connected load cell to analog input + and analog input -. I am giving excitation to load cell from on board connection EXC_Out+ and EXC_Out -. My load cell is 1 mV/V and capacity is 400gm. So at a load of 400gm i expect 5mV from load cell, I want mathematical formula to check what will be ADC output code ? Is there any formula for this scenario ?

Please guide me. May be i might have missed some info from data sheet.
