Is the ESD protection diode of the SPI input terminal connected to the VA3.0 power supply?
According to the absolute maximum rating Note 5), it is VA3.0, but considering the power supply voltage of SPI, it looks like VDR（ Nominal = 1.8V ）.
Our customers are investigating the dangers of overvoltage.
