ADS1247: Vref long term drift

Dears

One of my customer want to know the long term drift value, like our reference have a 1000H drift ppm parameter. How about the ADS1247, do we have the  Vref  long term drift data? thanks for your help

    Hi Jun,

    We do not have long-term drift data for the ADS1247 VREF unfortunately.

    We do have long-term VREF drift data for the ADS124S06, which is the next-generation version of the ADS1247. This information is available upon request, and will be included in the next datasheet revision for the ADS124S06.
